Most business people are very excited because every time you turn there is another rule or regulation, or the inspector who look waltz into their business processes for some stupid injury. And we know that often as not business owner can not know all the rules, lawyers are specialized in, watch a CD-ROM (and you thought that all those used books of fantasy right behind them?) .
Many complain of how the Russian mafia society or smoothiesas entrepreneurs. And it is quite alarming, and one of the main reasons why there are so many problems for the economy. However, one might ask, what is the difference if an entrepreneur is harassed by a government regulator in the U.S. and a fine for really no reason, or if the Russian mafia is called? The reality is that there is no difference, unless they are perceived as not legal and the other.
Not long ago, a car wash owner complained that aenvironmental compliance inspector fined him for his "liquid paper" in a container that was about so many ounces without safety data sheets in their files for this container. He bought it to save the size value to Office Depot, the money, but then discovered (the hard way) that there was an accident, to put it on the assumption that without a safety data sheet? For heaven's sake, he thought.
Yet the reason that the auditor did not find anything else wrong with washing his car, and considering the 'Number of chemicals on the property at a car wash, which is really excellent, would you think? However, inspectors will not require him to find something wrong. This is nothing but a shakedown, and in my professional opinion is anti-business and really quite pathetic.
